	Steps

	1. Actor - KDOT District Personnel are given a final chance to submit forms for completed projects
	2. Actor - Calendar Timing closes submission forms
	3. SYSTEM Acquire WinCPMS Project Table Data
	4. Actor - KDOT PMS Operator checks consistency between submitted information (route, beginning MP, ending MP, action) and WinCPMS Project Table Data
	4.1. Actor - KDOT PMS Operator modifies the PDATE field in the Project Table from a January date to the Open Date.
	5. SYSTEM Project Information needs to flow through other parts of the PMS database.
	5.1. SYSTEM Adding records to the Table LMA for each segment of a project (ID, Last Date, Last Action, ...)
	5.2. SYSTEM Updating fields in GEOM (LastAct, Lastdate, LastPNum, MixType, MixYear, TypePercent, AlignmentChanges, ...)
	6. Actor - KDOT PMS Operator Flagging Records for which there are changes either as Percent Type Changes and/or Alignment changes in Network Segments
	7. SYSTEM Clean Project Table by removing projects that are completed
